There is a long history and tradition of music in worship at the Delmar Reformed Church. Most worship services begin with gathering music led by a choir or ensemble, played while the community settles into their seats. Congregational songs and hymns from a wide range of musical styles and traditions are then sung throughout the service, led by a variety of ensembles and musicians who also provide solos, anthems, and musical responses.

The Handbell Choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings and provides special anthems and musical accompaniment in worship several times throughout the year. DRC has a three octave set of handbells, typically played by eleven ringers.

The worship band consists of guitars, bass, drums, keyboard and singers. They help lead music in worship periodically throughout the year and typically lead more Contemporary Christian music, while also taking older hymns and jamming them with guitars and drums.

The Kids Choir participates in worship several times throughout the year, giving the youth of the church a chance to lead worship by raising their voices or ringing hand chimes.
